Gary Lee Jackman is a serial rapist who has raped or attempted to rape at least 32 women in the Kansas City, Missouri area, between the years of 1984 and 1990. He is serving a life sentence (12 counts). Jackman was first arrested back in January of 1990 for robbery in the 1st degree, armed criminal action, and sodomy. Police have still been working hard on this cold case to find the 19 victims from the attacks.
